Roar & Fly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how our mobile application accesses, collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our game.

1. Microphone Access & Audio Recording

Real-Time Input & Temporary Crash Clips: Roar & Fly requires access to your device's microphone (RECORD_AUDIO permission) for core gameplay mechanics:

Gameplay Control: Real-time decibel levels are processed to control character movements.
Temporary Replay Buffer: Brief audio clips of gameplay reactions/screams may be recorded locally to temporary cache memory so players can replay their reactions or optionally share them.

On-Device Privacy: Audio recordings are stored locally on your device's temporary cache directory. We **never** automatically upload or transfer your audio recordings to external servers. Any sharing of audio clips is strictly user-initiated through native OS share sheets.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication processes your public profile information, including your full name, email address, and profile picture URL, to manage your player profile.
Game Progress & Leaderboards: High scores, player region/country data, and challenge entries are synced securely to Cloud Firestore for global and regional leaderboards.
Device Identifiers & Diagnostics: Anonymous technical details such as device model, OS version, and network status (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) are collected to optimize performance.

3. Advertising & Social Challenge Sharing

Our app integrates Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads. When you use the "Share & Challenge" feature, non-sensitive game parameters (such as high score and level seed) are embedded into deep links for challenge generation.

You have the right to request deletion of your account data stored on our servers at any time:

In-App Deletion: You can sign out of your account directly from the game settings screen.
Permanent Data Removal Request: To permanently erase your player profile and Firestore data, send an email request to our support team at dhakapulselabs@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". All associated database records will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Roar & Fly is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to us, please contact us for immediate deletion.
